We provide both domestic and international shipping options.
• Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post, with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days. All domestic deliveries are labeled as ‘Authority to Leave’, meaning no signature is required.
• International Shipping
International orders are sent using Australia Post International (Standard), with an estimated delivery time of 15–25 business days.
Some remote areas or countries may not be supported by our shipping providers. If your selected destination is unsupported, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives.
Please Note: International orders are transferred to the local postal service in the destination country. To check your country’s carrier, visit the AusPost International Post Guide.
We aim to process and confirm all orders within 3 business days. Once processed, orders are dispatched the next business day, and you’ll receive a tracking link.
Estimated Delivery Times:
• Australian Domestic Orders: 7–14 business days via Australia Post.
• International Orders: 15–25 business days via Australia Post International.

Ren Hair Care is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or local taxes incurred for international shipments. These charges are determined by your country and may be necessary to release your order. We recommend familiarising yourself with your country’s regulations.

We process orders quickly, so once your tracking link is issued, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to external factors. If your parcel is delayed, we recommend:

2. Reaching out to us if you need further assistance.
First, contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for updates. If they confirm the parcel is lost, reach out to us at hello@renhaircare.com, and we’ll assist further.
Orders that include pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available. If you’d prefer a split shipment, please contact us - additional shipping fees may apply.

Product Care
Always squeeze excess water out through the drainage hole, after use in the shower, or salon basin. Afterwards the brush needs to be placed face down on a flat surface so any residual water can drain out through the drainage hole.
Be careful to clean propduct build up form your brish as this may casue the rubber cushion to deteriorate. After heavy product usage, rinse the brush as above, leaving to dry with teeth facing downwards to drain all moisture through the drainage hole, and dry completely. This will prevent bristles from becoming rusty, or prevent craking of the rubber cushion.
