Meet Renee Marshall — the force behind REN.

Twenty-eight years ago, Renee Marshall walked into her first salon. She never left.

Today, Renee is one of Australia’s most respected Master Colourists, Cutters and Creative Directors — the founder of Allure the Salon, and the woman behind REN. Haircare. But her story isn’t just about hair. It’s about relentless standards, an obsession with quality, and a belief that the tools you use every day should be as beautiful as the results they deliver.

After nearly three decades working behind the chair — transforming hair, training stylists, and building one of Australia’s most respected salons — Renee noticed something. The brushes and tools available to her clients at home didn’t match the quality she demanded in the salon. So she created her own.
